how do you store your gear?

In Arizona? I would have thought that would have been the least of your worries. But then I have only passed through there....

Oh yes, it can get quite wet around here, especially during the "monsoon" season...

Cameras in the freezer and film in the glove compartment of the car.

Depending on the camera, it might be stored in a camera bag, a box, on the shelf, under the computer desk or a chair, in the car, on the kitchen counter, etc...

I don't properly store items so much as I allow them to be haplessly abandoned when something noisy/shiny/tasty distracts me. 🙄

lets see. 2 on the computere desk, 3 on the book shelf, 2 in the TV cabinet, 2 in the car, 5 or 6 on the shelf in the dining room, 5 on the kitchen table. I'm not sure where the rest are. In boxes somewhere.

I put my cameras into a big Pelican case, when I am not using them. It is so heavy I now wish I had gone with one that had wheels🙂

I keep my cameras in various places...but that will change as soon as I clean this dump of a room up a bit. Cameras will then go on a high shelf by the computer desk.

mee 2. Next one I get will be the 1560 or the 1610. These things are so solidly built. I'm thinking....I can probably hike with the one on wheels, build like a little platform with something like 16" wheels on axles and I can pull the darn thing with the long handle....hmmmmmmm
