Lately (the last month or so) my most used rotation would include:
Leica M7
Contax N1
Leica M8
Olympus XA
About 10 other rotate in here and there.

I now live in Des Moines
In film cameras, a Nikon S2, a Kiev-IIa and a host of Olympus cameras, including an Ace rangefinder; Pen F and FT half-frame SLRs; an FTL SLR; two OM-1Ns, two OM-2Ns, an OM-2S, an OM-4 and an OM-4T. In digital, a Canon D60 (ancient, I know, but still quite useful) and an Olympus E-500.

By "Regularly" I would mean a number of cameras rotating on perhaps a weekly or at most two to three month basis. But, that is my own definition, yours may be entirely different.

I use a whole array of Leica M cameras including a 0-series: M3, M4-P, M6, MP, M8 (rarely though); and a bunch of old Nikons: F, F2, FM, FE, FE2.
I'm also using some exotic stuff like a british Ensign, some old Retina and recently a Robot Royal 36 !
I like my gear solid and made with metal and glass and fully operational and none of my cameras shows defective on anything.
Edit: I forgot to mention the IIIF, IIIC !

If I don't use a camera within a calendar year, it's either decorative (I have a shelf of these, none cost more than $15), or I'll sell it. I should probably sell the T4 super soon. Here are the ones that get regular use:
Ebony 45SU
Fuji GA645zi
Mamiya 645E
Leica M6TTL
Panasonic TZ-3 digital P&S
Panasonic LZ8 smaller digital P&S that takes AA batteries

My favorites are: Hexar AF, Nikon F100 and Minolta Autocord. I use these regularly but only one at the time. I have a bunch of other cameras in the closet but they don't get used very often.

Leica III (for lens flexibility)
Olympus 35RD and 35SP (used interchangeably, usually loaded with different speed film)
Lynx 14 (low light, faster than anything else I have)
Retina IIIc (compact, also used for very sharp shots)
Autocord (general MF camera, 6x6)
Zenobia (compact MF camera 6x4.5)
Tachihara (LF)
I'm a bit over the top in the compact RF area. I'd love to filter this down but I really enjoy using all of these cameras and each has enough variation to justify use. Should I end up with a faster LTM lens at some point, the Lynx may go but I really love the results I get out of its lens.
I have a bunch of other cameras I use less. I've sold a handful recently and within a year will probably have another purge of cameras - not the ones in the list above - which aren't getting enough use. I just want to shoot for a little while longer to be sure I know which are my most frequent users first. One or two are painful as I use them periodically for special situations but possibly not enough to keep around. Intentionally unlisted this time to avoid implied sales.

Bessa R, Bessa L, & Canonet QL17GIII are the top 3. Then after that is my Canon T70 & Canon AE1 Program. The rest are occasional users like the Holga 120n & Zorki 2c which has film loaded at the moment.

I have three Olympus E-520 SLRs in underwater housings. I do not like to open the housings on boats, so I swap the cameras after about 500 shots. I use these several times a month. Here are some recent examples from Catalina Island and Santa Barbara Island.
I have two Olympus E-410s I also take on those trips for topside photos with different lenses. I sometimes use them for taking 3D images.
I have another Olympus E-520 with a Leica 25mm f/1.4 lens I use for low light photos (example).
I have been using my "new" Olympus 35SP quite a bit lately becasue it is so easy to carry, easy to use,and has a great lens. (examples). I keep it with me most of the time.
I have a Fuji GA645zi I have been use quite a bit becasue it is the lightest easiest medium format camera I have. If I am out walking intentionally looking to take film photos this camera I usually take.
I have two 6x9 Fuji rangefinders I use mostly for landscape shots. Both a GW690 & GSW690ii.
I have two Nikon SLRs and an assortment of lenses. I loke to use the FE and a Nikkor 85mm f/2 AI-S for candid portraits.
In that last two weeks I have been using a Pentax 6x7. I'm not sure I really like this camera but I have gotten a few photos with it.
I have not used my 3D cameras much in the past year, but I occasionally use a Fuji W1 digital for topside photos on dive trips becasue it packs well.

Works for me. On a weekly basis, it is normally one or two. Sometimes as much as 3-4. I suppose I should count the iPod Touch, but it's so low-res I consider it toy, rather than a camera (I'm one of those people that loves Hipstamatic).
So far this year I've shot almost entirely with my Leica M6 TTL, though I had a good day out with my Hasselblad, and put 4 rolls through it (I think that's more than I've shot with my DSLR this year). The weather hasn't been good enough to do anything with one of my Large Format cameras, and no reason since last fall to use a Nikon 35mm SLR.
All told I use about 7 cameras, but normally a max of 3.
