"Rarely" Only film camera I currently own/use is a Crown Graphic 4x5 and just haven't had the motivation to take it out and use it much over the past 6 months or so.

I shoot everyday, using Digital point and shoot!
Only film with buddies, who do film and occasionally alone.
I checked my darkroom film log and was stunned.
I have shot 47 films last year, almost one a week..
Still prefer my old film cameras.

I shoot 2 to 3 per month average except when I'm on vacation where the number raises to 1 per day. I'm using various brands of B&W and Kodak Elitechrome for slides. We still organize slides sessions at home 🙂

How much do shoot- a very good question. However, a more interesting one: how much film do you store at home?

Since I bought the Fuji 645 GA I have been shooting 3-4 rolls of Tri-X a month. Developing in my darkroom and enlarging and printing on Foma FB paper gives me very good results.
Since a few months I bought a new scanner, just for medium format, and I have outsourced a few prints in 30X40 centimeters, 3 working days turnaround, and got great prints.

So I may be going the hybrid route.

Best regards.

Sounds like you've got it pretty sorted, x100art - except Acca Dacca and Floyd - whilst both brilliant bands - are fairly wide apart on the rock spectrum!

I listen to a wide variety of music. I was just a little embarrassed to post some of the 80's while in my zone which includes Debbie Gibson and Tiffany.😀

I'm off from school, living in nyc for 3 weeks. I bought 72 rolls of 35mm and 35 rolls of 120

i just summary and look what I shot last year,
In 2015, I shot 50 rolls in which 27 rolls by Rolleiflex 3.5F, the rest was taken by either Leica M2 or M3
Compare to year 2014, I shot only 35 rolls by M2/M3.
I think the rate in 2015 was higher because since using Medium format, I still keep the habit to shoot fast like I did in 35mm format.

I shoot around 150 rolls of 135, 50 rolls of 120 and maybe 100 sheets of b/w a year. I have about 2000 feet of 135 left and will switch to digital for small formats and just shoot 120 film when they are used up.

End of a year, so a good time to count films shot. About 360 rolls "at home" and a meagre 40-45 rolls while travelling. Got to get the ratio up a bit! I also should shoot more 120 - could be con trued as a New Years Reslolution - at least 100 rolls in 2016.
I have about 2 years supply of film in the freezer at the moment - and stocked up on chemistry so there is no excuse

Young kids like us still have a lot of work to do in order to follow your rhythm.

I'm shooting about 10 rolls a month out and about. When traveling much more. I'm headed to Burma for a month, bringing 100 rolls of Portra for that.

stockpile

stockpile

Thank you for your answers. I have bought film and chemicals, but I don’t know how much of them I should stockpile. As you know, demand for film is plummeting and that’s why the supply is decreasing. Shortage and quality problems occur- so I must buy much more film in advance than it would be economic. A month later some kinds of film will be discontinued or the quality worsened due to decreasing require. For calculating the requisite stock and wherewithal I needed some information.
