how much is an excellent condition CV21 go?

Hi, my friends. I can't find complete deals on this lens. Anyone has a concept about its market price now?

Just got one from photo.net. $260 boxed with finder, adapter, shipped.

I sold mine used here for around $250. Near mint condition, finder, box, instructions, hood included. You can probably do better on the bay for one in slightly worse condition.

I you are within striking distance of NYC I always got the best deals on new kit at Adorama if I went in and spoke with them face to face. No real deals via internet with them tho.

I don't know that you'd call it "highly sought after," since it's still easy to buy a new one. It is, however, quite well regarded, and very cute. At $300 or less, it's a great deal for a good 21mm lens, especially if f/4 is fast enough for you.

You may not see it used often just because most people use longer lenses most of the time. You likely won't find Leica and ZM 21's used often, either.

They hold their price extremely well secondhand - USD280 average when a new one from Cameraquest is only 50 bucks more. Seems to be strong demand for them - I've been chasing one for the last couple of months trying to avoid brand new. If I don't win one of the two I'm currently bidding on on the bay I think I'll give in and buy one new...
