How often do you use the camera in your cell phone?

The camera in my iPhone 4S is certainly good enough for a lot of photography.

It doesn't do well at limiting depth of field, and works best in good light, but with those two restrictions in mind it can make very good photographs.

I use mine daily to document my meals, capture stuff I see around me when film cameras aren't handy, to shoot images of things who's type is too small for me to read so I can blow it up, etc.

Pretty much most of the day mine gets used.

Back when this poll came out, I was shooting with my iPhone 3GS. I've since upgraded to an iPhone 4S and the camera is much more capable. In good light, and sometimes even in poor light, I can pull off some pretty decent shots with it. I probably shoot with it more than I do any of my other cameras simply because I have it with me all the time.

I voted for this poll years ago when I still owned a N73. Now I got a new iPhone 5 but I still carry my Canon S100 as pocket-always-there-camera. I might use the iPhone cam more than the N73 one, but the average usage continue to be under 5 % of my images.
