Glad to find someone else who appreciates fully manual! Isn't it ironic that you need at least a basic knowledge of the "manual" skills to successfully operate the new electronic gear?

Just about the age of the Hansa, which I can't afford, because I wasn't a rock star who could still go on a tour.... but I do have 16 other Canon RF's to play with, plus more 50's than any sane man should own, and soon tro add another one!

Harry, soon to be 74

47 yesterday and I believe that i am a few months older than my Canonet but younger than the C3 my dad used on his honeymoon (that still shoots even after he gave it to a 12 year old to experiment with!!!!)

I am glad I am old enough that when you add up the time I have owned my Leica kit and the expected years I have left that I will not have to worry about film being scarce. Some of you under 30 guys will have lots of gear to choose from in 20 years but will you have lots of film to shoot?

Been around since the Speed Graphic days, 68 and feeling fine. My oldest camera is just a year yonger tthen me. Both of us in working order. Age is one of these things in life you cant
avoid,so enjoy it while you are at it!

Born in the Northern Winter of 1942, I have a Fed I which is older than me just. Like others ,I am still working 50+ hours a week, travelling to strange places, and enjoying life to the full. Yes I am fatter and slower, but I still get around the tennis court and swim and walk our dogs. It is the best time of my life this far out.

I'm close to the same age as both my M2 and M3's.

It's nice to see so many younger (kids:)) interested in rf's here (hopefully analog).
That generation might just be the ones to save film.

Keep on shooting!
