I am glad I am old enough that when you add up the time I have owned my Leica kit and the expected years I have left that I will not have to worry about film being scarce. Some of you under 30 guys will have lots of gear to choose from in 20 years but will you have lots of film to shoot?

Been around since the Speed Graphic days, 68 and feeling fine. My oldest camera is just a year yonger tthen me. Both of us in working order. Age is one of these things in life you cant
avoid,so enjoy it while you are at it!

Born in the Northern Winter of 1942, I have a Fed I which is older than me just. Like others ,I am still working 50+ hours a week, travelling to strange places, and enjoying life to the full. Yes I am fatter and slower, but I still get around the tennis court and swim and walk our dogs. It is the best time of my life this far out.

I'm close to the same age as both my M2 and M3's.

It's nice to see so many younger (kids🙂) interested in rf's here (hopefully analog).
That generation might just be the ones to save film.
