I've got a roll of BW 400 loaded but want to rewind it and switch in a slide roll of film. It's easy on a 35mm camera but I can't work it out on a Mamiya 6.
Anyone got any ideas?

Not sure if it's the same but, I've got a 7II and the only way to change film after started would be opening the back in a changing bag.

Yeah, pop open the back inside a changing bag. Carefully remove the spools and rewind by hand.

Sorry for the double post: screwy mobile safari.
Oh well, here's to happy shooting anyway!
I've got 25 rolls of mixed Porta 160/400NC/VC, Ektar, Elitechrome, Delta and TMax and Velvia to get me through the next 10 days, to be used on a Mamiya 6, a CLE and an XA2.
Enjoy the new year, people!

On the 7, there are a few ways.
1. Press the little button to unlock spool and rewind with a coin
2. Shoot blanks with lens cap, and respool later. Either respool by shooting blanks again to get it back to the leader tip.
