How to remove the second lent on my canonet 17 ql?

How to remove the second lent on my canonet 17 ql?
You have any idea?

I use a set of fine needle nosed pliers to reach into the mount and get hold of the spanner slots.

Others have drilled new holes to allow use of a spanner.
