post images without using an image host (Flickr,P'bucket etc)? I would like to post images directly from my hard drive, since the sites I have been using are now degrading the images too much. I've tried several, previously posted methods, but none have worked. I have a PC/Win 7, so I guess Preview is not available to me. Thanks for any help.

Start a new thread, or if replying in an existing thread use the post reply button rather than use the quick reply box, scroll down a bit to find the manage attachments button, and go from there.

Frank, That's what I've done in the past, but if I reduce the image to 200 kb, (jpeg@72 dpi) it is tiny when posted. For some images, I would like to post at ~800-850 pixels on the long side. I'm sure that I am missing something in my process, but am stumped right now. I don't recall having this problem in the past.
