What inexpensive flatbed scanner (with slide module) is usable for scanning 6x6 up to 11x11 " (30x30 cm), so I can print it then in digital minilab ?
I think about HP G4050 - is it good for it?

Many people praise Epson 4990, but it cost twice as HP G4050

I'm using an Epson V500 (I like the LED illumination) and a 120 film holder with anti-Newton glass from betterscanning.com (very very highly recommended) to scan 6cmx6cm films from my Mamiya C330s. I am pleasantly surprised. The quality is quite good compared to a local pro shop scan, and oh so much cheaper.

I have the HP G4050 and it comes with several TMA-frames for strips of 35mm film, 120 film and a single 4x5 negative and a big number of slides.

I'm reasonably pleased with it. You can scan 4 6x9 negatives in one go, or 6 6x6. I'm not pleased with the auto-detecting of the negatives that need to be scanned. You very often have to manually correct the area selected for scanning. But this is pretty much what you always do in case of taking a high quality scan.

Microtek Scanmaker i800, here's a resized 600ppi scan from a 6x9 slide:

NOTE: The slight bluish cast is from the expired slide film, *not* from the scanner.
