GB's Royal Mail is the stuff of legends - I barely got over ordering these goodies on Friday May 12 and here they are already, on Tuesday, May 16, amazing.

Well, the deal was for real and included a Bessa L body in very nice condition (signs of use on the back door) and these lenses and finder, all in mint condition:

15/4.5 Aspherical Super-Wide Heliar, Silver + 15mm Finder
25/4 Snapshot-Skopar + 25mm Finder
35/1.7 Aspherical Ultron, Black + 35mm Finder + UV Filter + Screw-On Metal Hood
75/2.5 Color Heliar, Black + 75mm Finder + UV Filter + Screw-On Metal Hood

The lot was acquired for 250 pounds + shipping. I really only wanted the 35mm lens but now that they are all here and my Hexar Rf has taken a peak at them, I am not sure what to do - they are all so darn gorgeous..

As you see you're the one who laugh in the end ... I was right about the deal fo the year. But, if your not sure what to do with all the stuff ... well DO NOT hesitate ....PM ME!!! 😀

Absolutely correct - John, I owe you at least a beer! Anytime you are in Arizona, just let me know. Alternatively, you can have 1st dibs if I decide to part with any of this bounty. Btw, this is proof positive that the "HU" system here is very worthwhile.

The "bad" news is that now I can't think of anything else I might want. My current hardware includes a Contax G2 with 28/45/90, Hexar RF with 12/25/35x2/50/75, Kiev 4a and 4AM with 35/50/135, and Pentax MZ-S and *ist DS with 28/50/77/200/400. I will be a lucky man if I ever find the time to exercise all of these toys 🙂

I just received an email from the seller (seems they just arrived back from a vacation), it looks like they have some other photo stuff remaining, it belonged to a family member that passed away. The seller (actually a couple, I think), tell me they have Leica R stuff for best-offer (I am not that interested in the R and would not know the prices):
