Hi Joe, I wrote a little about dismantling an Elmar 90.
The lens head unscrews easily after you loosen the small screw in the tube.
Then it is pretty easy to unscrew the rear retainer. Then you should be able to shake out the next elements. They fit in snugly.

i did a bit of gringing on my screwdriver last night and it fits the screw heads now.

my back is slowly getting better.
a big part of the problem is that i am no longer supposed to take the meds for my arthritis because of a possible side effect with some of the heart meds ( internal bleeding). so my joints are all swollen and then i start to favour one side for walking and then my back kicks in.
truly it is a pain.

the hood arrived today.
it's on the large size and not very attractive but it came with a cap and i'm pretty sure it will do the job.
