Hybriding - From Tri-x in Rodinal to YouTube HD

Years ago I did some slide presentations with soundtrack... same thing really, just different enabling technologies.

How did you do that?
Was it like pressing the 'play' button of a radio-tape player and starting a projected show of framed positives ('cause that's what I have in my mind)
or was it something else?
I know people did presentations like that for many years before the digital era, so it fascinates me.

Thank you.
In the meantime, I changed the music to a legal one given by YouTube.
It's an Irish tune that fits the slideshow (although not as perfect as the Porcupine Tree's one :( )
I will contact them, though.

In the meantime, Here is another uploaded presentation of another project I did:

Thanks for the kind words, the warnings and the assistance, all.

Dotan.

I should have first commented on the presentation. I think it is very powerful. Congratulations. Regarding the music, I remembered that Moby allows his music to be used for non-commercial purposes. More info here.

Dotan,

Congratulations on that permission, and on such a wonderful set of photographs!

There are lots of moving images, and there's a sense of telling a tale: you succeed at giving the world a very honest and deep explanation on what those people's days are, and the importance of helping the foundation.

You are an artist and a real photographer.

Long live film and respect for the time emotions require. This is a great thread... Thank you very much.
