I bought another one. There are two more here, one in rough shape and another in very nice condition. I really like the things for their simplicity (verging on crude) and superb construction. They also take good pictures.
The Welti 1, I have now has a 3.5 Tessar and a compur rapid shutter. The one I'm getting, will have the 2.8 Tessar.
If I can find my dig. camera I'll post a pic when and if it arrives.( in one piece )

It isn't too bad really but has the Vebur shutter and the Cassar lens. (I'm not wild about either) The body parts are good enough for a parts camera. So with 1 of these nice little babies, and 1 coming, I'd better keep it, at least until I see what the new camera looks like.
I managed to find a Kodak Retina 118 on the auction site that responded to a real good cleaning and lubrication. It has a very nice compur shutter and a uncoated (of course) f3.5 Tessar.
No double exposure prevention mechanism, never was. It does have a frame counter. This is my latest.
I'm not sure why I'm attracted to this stuff, like Weltis, Weltinis, Retinas, Ikontas, Certos as well as Weston light meters but my wife just considers a form of harmless madness and lets it go at that.
FallisPhoto, from time to time I find myself in the need of spare parts, as well I have some spare parts, like shutters, Welti, Retina and Super Ikonta bits. Let me know...

Well, most of my spare parts are for Yashicas and a few Minolta Hi-Matics. I've only been collecting folders seriously for about 5 years and in the vast majority of the time I can get them running again, so I don't get a lot of spare parts for those. I also have a junk Super Bladina, a junk Agfa PD16, a junk Ansco Super Memar, and a junk Ansco Speedex. I have some Kodak folders in storage that are junked, and I have a couple of spare Zeiss Novars with shutters. I also have all but the bellows of an old Ansco #4 Vest Pocket Camera (I just never got around to making a bellows for it). I may have a junk Retina II (type 14) soon, but I haven't given up on it yet. It has some really severe rangefinder problems.
Does any of that help you?
