Grew up when the FM and FE were the cameras I dreamed of. Now that film F's are much cheaper, I got a whole bunch of them on the Bay cheap a few years back and had a wall built to house them all.

I got a few that were hard to find BNIB (F4S, F5 Anniversary, F5). The F6 is a demo but looks brand new. A couple of F3/T in champange and black in mint conditon as well as a F3HP Press.

Sorry about the lighting and poor quality. My iPhone is the only digital camera I have. I usually shoot B&W 35mm and MF only.

I do have some Alien Bees but don't think the iPhone would trigger them.

That's a great collection and beautifully presented.

Collecting does make sense when it can obviously give someone this much pleasure.

Don't know which cost more, the cameras or the wall, but it is a beautiful display. If you only had a NASA camera...

I meant to ask ... what do you shoot with on a regular basis?

Thanks. I wanted to share.

For my children's sports (soccer and lacrosse, Nikon F6 with 70-200 VR and 1.7x teleconverter) with Neopan.

For family pictures at home: Fuji GSW 690 III, GW 690 III, Hasselblad 205FEs, 205FCC, Mamiya 7IIs, Leica MPs and M7s with Neopan and Acros. Also use a F3HP, FE2 and FM2n on occasion.

Bought about 600 rolls of Neopan in 120 when it was announced that it would be discontinued. Still have about 400 in the freezer.

I think you're my new hero too! 😛

you are my new hero

No, not at all. According to my wife, more like a "dummy" with too much time on his hands. 🙂

I tend to agree, though it gives me as much pleasure to stare at these beauties as much as it does taking pictures and working in the darkroom.

And she said?

😀

She said, "Are you getting any ideas?"

That's a lot milder than I thought her reaction would be. You have to know though, that she put up with a cedar strip fiberglass canoe hanging from the living room ceiling for several years.

That is not a display...
that's a shrine.

Please take a higher resolution picture of it and share it with us.
Your big Fujis can trip your Alien Bee's 😀
