I have kodak brownie starflash cameras in red, blue, white and black. They're are not rangefinders, use 127 film and have a single element, probably plastic lens
I believe there are Olympus XA2s that left the factory in colors other than black, though I can't remember which colors those are, at least off the cuff. I think they have red and blue.
I have seen both the XA2 and XA3 in red with matching flash. My local camera shop has an XA3 + flash in red for sale for about £50

You can vastly extend your options here by shortlisting your most desirable cameras. Then go to a site like cameraleather.com . You will see a wide variety of camera coverings here from plain colours to exotic lizard skins. I recently recovered a Minolta SLR and found the service excellent and the covering easy to apply. Morgan Sparks has created a very nice website here.
Good Luck Steve S.
I second Steve S. Cameraleather.com is a photog's candy shop. I had them recover a Leica IIIc in black, but now that I see they have a tan Ostrich I may have to send it back. The M3 looks stunning.
