? You can send 120 film to lots of places to get developed/scanned etc if you don't have one local.
I have a couple of local places but prefer to send it out as those labs do a much better job for less money.
No affiliation, but I highly recommend thefindlab.com and northcoastphoto.com

If my digis went extinct and were replaced by cash--something about this scenario would resonate with Shell, Exxon, Mobil execs-- and I could have only one camera, I guess I'd be with Marek: the best Rolleiflex 2.8 available.
I have not been without a film camera of my own since I was 20, though, and now have more than I can justify even to myself. And almost as many digis. I just commenced Operation Essentialize Gear so I can limit the forms of serendipity at hand and so be more likely to get the best out of it, and cease feeling like a daycare provider/nursing home activities manager for all the occupants of my cabinet.
I'll let you know how that operation goes via the classifieds, I imagine.
But back to my original thought: I wish dinosaurs still roamed the earth, and had never turned into petroleum products. There are quite a few humans who could stand to serve as dinner. Probably including me, though if not, I'd enjoy trying to capture some of the scenes of hunting and carnage with my best pinholes, Pezvals, etc. (I don't wish glass had never been invented, or light sensitive materials.)

Hmm...if I were allowed two cameras (and money wasn't a factor) 1) MP3 and 35/1.4 and 2) Rolleiflex FX-n.

I did, it was an M6 with 35 Biogon.
Although I was a Nikon user (before and during the short digital phase), Leica had been my dream all my life.
And M6 is the most practical Leica, in my opinion.

Why an M2 over M3 for a 50? I do like the M2 styling better, but that M3 magnification...
For me, a nice ds M3 with a 50mm Summicron. And a Mamiya 6 with the 50mm lens.

A Pentax Spotmatic is what got me back to film. I think it has to be something 100% manual. Maybe even no battery/meter. A totally different experience from digital.

If digital didn't exist? Probably a small SLR, something like the OM-20 that I've got lying around somewhere..
