If you'd sell x100 what would you buy?

When the X1 is sleeping, you know it because the lens retracts. One click and it wakes up and is ready to go in less than a second. Other than that, it's on and ready. No lag between pressing the shutter halfway and it starting to focus. Something to think about as used X1s are now cheaper than ever.
 
Within that budget you could find a minty Epson R-d1s in Japan -where the best preserved R-D1's are to be found.

Yes, the Epson R-D1/s is an excellent camera. It has some flaws, but then again, everything else does

Wen I must make a choice then an Leica M7 i think, but its for me to expensiv, so i bee happy with my Fuji X100 and several old rangfinders o.a Minolta CLE, Mamiya 135, FED 5C, and some Zorki's
