peterc, Trius, thanks for the information. I've used Rodinal before with other non t grain films and certainly found that the 1 +25 dilution with HP 5+ and normal agitation gives a certain style of image with larger grain but does have a real sharpness but contrast can be high. I've heard that better tonality is achieved at 1 +50 or more but have not used Rodinal for some time having moved to TMAX for general use.
I'll pop over to Bath (the nearest place I know that still had Rodinal last time I looked) about 13 miles away and pick up some stock, gives me a good reason to burn film as well.
