A couple of empty red chairs--one about disability and homelessness, the other a bit too close to somebody's testosterone level... XE1

Luckily, at that moment a friend much more imposing than the angry guy came over to sit with me. "In case this escalates," he said, "I'll be your bodyguard."

I took this one shortly after getting my X-Pro 1, and while I was revisiting the image recently I realized how similar the concept was to a painting by Caspar Friedrich titled "Monk by the Sea" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Monk_by_the_Sea). Then I started think about how many of my images are like this one when it comes to moody or contemplative landscapes that include a single person in them.

I figured I'd share it with you guys and see what you thought. As usual, feedback / critiques are always welcome.

The X Pro has worked extremely well with a strobist setup:

And who said you can't shoot action with the X Pro? It's called prefocusing. I really, really don't miss the shutter blackout on my SLRs.

Staying in for few days with a nasty cold, and my cat kept me warm so I'm thanking her with a paw massage.

Shot with X-E2, developed in LR5.

Good lens indeed, and I got mine for $399 during the ongoing sale. (Typical sale price is $450, but I got lucky.) I'll be taking this lens to my next work shoot for sure.

Same here... I saved over $500 with everything I got...
No turning back...
I am not a 50mm fov shooter for the most part... but this lens has changed my heart.
