the XF 50mm is becoming my 2nd favourite lens on the X-T2 after the XF 18mm, funny thing is I was never a fan of the 75mm FOV on Leica or DSLR crop.

Thanks for the kind words guys...the 50 is the fov of a 75 mm...75 was always a fave of mine coupled with a 35...makes for small easy to carry kit.
Thank you Helen and pyeh. Yes, Helen, it's a 75mm and its a very good lens. Try it out sometime. I'll try to post more soon.

I think the 50mm is perfect for modern street photography in this age of public 'shyness'. I use mine on the street most of the time now.

For me the 35mm on APSC still is my favorite, but I'm liking the 50mm very much as well. Agree on your point though. Thanks.
