Indonesia in analogue

a lot of unbelievably great shots in here -- especially that one of the procession of women in white (whatever color they really were, I have no idea) dresses. very ethereal. simply awesome

Amazing pictures for sure.

Can you list the lenses that was used to make each picture?

Peace

The best just click on the image - most should have a proper "mapped out" tech info (often also developer used) text below in the Flickr gallery for the particular image.

Great and superb capture. Your picture just makes me want to go back to Indonesia....the nature, mood, and people are great there.

First saw your works when I found your review about Ethol UFG, then I following your Flickr & like much of them.. for me, your work is marvellous.. not to mention your dedication on drum scanning, from that way I see the inclusion of the film rebate is ingenious to represent the media.. :)

Man Margus... they just keep on coming on!
Excellent work.

Wow, so much to choose from... 6x7, 645 and panoramic 35mm... I'm amazed your eye can jump between those frame sizes so easily and so deftly. Really stunning work!

It just keeps coming, wonderfull.

Cheers people! :)

Do you use a tripod?

Yep, an old Velbon Sherpa 640 with a s/h Arca Swiss Monoball head. Attaches on to my photobag. Bomb proof setup for heavy MF work yet doesn't brake your bank or back.

Just wonderful

Just wonderful

Margus, I have posted almost nothing to date but your thread here has moved me to comment: every photo you post is just so beautiful, not just in this thread but all the other photos I have seen of yours in other threads. I've never seen such consistent wonderfulness, and without a hint of tweeness that is often to be found in a collection of landscape and travel photos.
Your intrepidness as a traveller is fantastic too.
On the matter of including the film frames, I thinks it works very well to frame each picture and to satisfy film tech heads.
My very best wishes to you and your equally intrepid travelling partner,
Peter Y

Thank you for the kind words, Peter.

Glad there are still people who apreciate the analog.

Cheers,
Margus

tsiklonaut,

I am sure I'm not the only one that would love to see a "what's in your bag" picture.
How do you carry all that stuff?

Thanks and keep the pictures coming.

Peace
