is this flare or light leak?

hi guys,

just to check , is this lens flare or light leak?
im using the cv 40mm f1.4 with uv filter without hood
i suspect the lens to be wide open of f2.8 during the shot..
for the lady shot , i was under harsh afternoon sunlight..
the indoor shot are just the shelf lighting...

i never have this issue when using an ultron 28mm with UV filter as well..

Look at the negs. If it's a light leak it will not be limited to the frame.

I think its the negative.. a lot black stuff left over on the negative.

never going back to that lab again!!!
