You retain IS on any lens you can think to put on it, even something like the 12mm heliar Voigtlander if you want!
The AF depends on the lens firmware being updated to enable it to AF via adapter to the m/43rds mount. There are some that can already do it like the kit lenses and the 9-18mm (which is small enough to actually be useful!), but they will have to update others.

Not quite. There are only two m/43rds bodies so far: the Panasonic G1 and the announced Olympus E-P1. The Panasonic does not have in-camera image stabilization, so only certain lenses are IS because the IS is built into the lens. The Olympus DOES have in-camera IS.
