Yep.
200 was the native iso of that sensor.
They amp it up for higher ISOs...I never understood why they couldn't attenuate it for lower. Must not be as easy as it sounds.

Perhaps the release of the RD1x will precipitate a retroactive firmware update...that's been my fantasy for some time.

you get the extra sensitivity for free
so if it were a CMOS sensor, the iso range would have been 100-800
