This is an image out of my old Pixii A1571 with a '57 KMZ Jupiter 8. This is a wonderful example of what the FSU KMZ factory could do. This is a good lens. As for the photo, yes, the WB is off. Try to look past that.

I did it specifically on one lens, yes, about 0.5-0.6 mEarly 1952 J-8, on the Nikon Z5. Close-stop screw was missing, now focuses much closer than standard. Maybe 0.65m?

I bought a Contax to Sony FE adapter from the guy in Ukraine who makes them out of Kiev lens mounts. He included the Jupiter-8 that came with the donor camera, and I've used it a bit, it's quite nice and of course very similar to the F2 Sonnar.
