Just got a Miniature Speed Graphic

I did get my Adapt-a-roll and tried it out. I had to lubricate the frame counter, but it all worked after that. But I am getting no frame spacing - they usually overlap a slight bit. I plan to try again and give the advance a single click more that normal to see what happens.

Any ideas on a fix for this? Maybe increasing the diameter of the roller that triggers the counter by taping it or something?
