Just an FYI for anyone following this thread; today I picked up C-41 120 film (with negatives) for $1.88+tax.

I'm confused. I have a 120 roll fuji color film i need to send out. If I mark the envelope to develop only will I get my negatives back?

I was pretty confused myself before sending my last roll out. Everything I read seemed to indicate that 35mm C-41 will not be returned, but everything else would be. I marked the envelope as I typically do: cross out the top, and write 120 file C-41 developing in the special instructions box. About three weeks later (last Friday) they called to tell me the film came back. This afternoon when I picked it up the negatives were included. I don't know if different regions send to different developing centers (which may have different instructions), but from my experience you should get your negs back.
