Just got the C-Biogon 35mm f2.8

The C-Biogon is contrastier than the 35mm Summicron version IV that I had before but not as contrasty as the 35 Color Skopar. Its about the same as the current 50mm Summicron, which I have, so I think the 35 C-Biogon and the 50mm Summicron go great together. The C-Biogon has less light falloff at the edges than the Color-Skopar too, which is nice. Overall I like the C-Biogon a lot more than the Color-Skopar.

Agreed. The Biogon-C and Summcron-M (current optical formula) are a well-matched set of lenses.

I have just started using this lens. It is amazing (and works great in colour too ... ). Seriously, this is probably the best 'daylight' lens I own.

Oh man you guys are making my life a lot harder!

First you show me super nice photos with the lens so my GAS level goes up, then because of the praise, the current owners start to feel even better about the lens so it won't go up on the chopping block.

You know every time a praising, positive story about a lens or a camera comes up on RFF, that item goes completely missing from KEH inventory list.

I love this little lens. It basically lives on my M7. During a recent trip to Morocco and Scotland, I'd say about 75% of the 50 rolls I shot was with this the C-Bigon. Love it. here are some examples.
