keh.com buying from Europe

Good afternoon, this is my first thread here although I usually read with interest this forum.
I have a problem buying from keh.com using ebay; When checking out ebay shows me that the seller doesn't accept shipping to my country (Italy) and doesn't permit me to pay.
I tried to contact them but have not recieved a reply yet.
Since I am still interested in buying the lens I was wondering if there is any kind of service in USA where the item can be shipped and that then can send it to me.

Last time I did it, they sold to Europe off their site, with FedEx courier shipment and payment by credit card. Not that it was worth while. I bought a BGN grade Nikon F Ftn finder, for about $40, - but after adding about 60€ shipping and some 20€ for taxes and customs (which go on top of price _AND_ shipping), it would have bought me a entire Nikon F in better shape anywhere in Europe.

If you buy something that only ships to the US, you give the MYUS address which is in Florida. They then send it on to your real address. I have used this many times to send film and camera gear to Australia where I live.
