KEH's 14 return policy

I've returned cameras to KEH w/ no questions asked. I"ve also negotiated price reductions when a camera I purchased arrived w/ a defect that was not disclosed but I elected to keep the camera anyway.

I've had good luck with KEH. In one case I purchased a lens cap according to the Leica code. It turned out to be the cap for the ASPH lens and it did not fit my lens. They paid for the return.
