Set for an exposure at about 2 minute intervals, so this set is over the course of 1-2 hours around sundown.

Kitty's second day with the camera, he's getting better, some nice abstract works.

Great!

Now for that second part, when are you going to train it to sneak into womens bedrooms, or shoot safe combinations with it in the nextdoor neighbours' study?:p

A song comes to mind...

"Cat-snap fever (da-da-da-daaaa...)"

Just don't start discussing composition and bokeh with him, okay?

(#3001, a post oddity.)

Now THAT is cool. Mind showing us a picture of the set up? My friend's cat wanders around, often for days, and we wonder what he's really up to.

My interval is currently every 2 minutes

My interval is currently every 2 minutes

But I noticed our cat lounges in the yard for 6-8 minutes or more at a time, so may extend the interval to 3 minutes if it's a lazy day outside.

That's insane, LOL! :D

If I did that to mine, I'd have 20 snaps of the couch as they slept. :p

I'd love to do this with one or more of our cats (we have four, one of which is 21years old and doesn't move much) at night and document what the hell they're doing when things go crash at 3AM. Well, we can see the results, so I guess I'd need to use video cameras with some sort of acceleromator to start capturing at the appropriate times.

It's probably burglers!

but the cats are chasing them out!

two questions ...

how do you program an M8 to take a photo at two minute intervals?

will the cat be upgrading to the new full frame M9 when it hits the market?

:p :p :p

Well about a week ago Gilligan came home with his camera case open, but no camera. However, we had our tel. # on the kitty cam, so yesterday we got a call from a neighbor who found it in their yard.

Here are Gilligan's latest photos.

Power lines, airplanes, satellite dishes and sneaking around at night... that cat might be a terrorist! I'm afraid this will need to be reported.
