kodak discontinues all transparency production?

Is that a new arrangement or is it only specific to certain products? My bottles of Ilfotol and my 5 L bottles of Hypam were made in Spain.

AFAIK the first arrangement was that Champion made the chemicals for Ilford for the US market, and Tetenal for the European market. Lately my dealer told me that Tetenal is now making all for them. My DD-X bottles are "Made in Germany".
Spain.....maybe Tetenal has a second factory there?
Honestly, I don't know.

But whether they are made by Champion or Tetenal, in Spain, Germany or elsewhere, it doesn't matter.
As long as the quality is right, I am satiesfied.
So far I have never had problems with Ilford chemicals.

Um, as you may have noticed back in my post 26, 5285 is E100VS.

So much the better.
(I have half a kilometer or so in the freezer on Eyemo reels after getting lucky with short ends, probably all the 100 ASA slide film I'll ever need.)

Ooooh, lucky! The best I can do is match it with about the same amount of 5245 - the brilliant EXR 50D.

Although I did get my hands on 600 feet of Ektachrome 100 Plus just recently 😀
