I usually buy TMX 120 in the 5-roll pro-packs, anyway. Less messy packaging to get rid of. Tri-X 120 usually comes in 10-roll bricks, lots of messy packaging to get rid of.
... before you and everyone else in this thread that seems to want to jump on my bones ...
"Maybe some of you can refresh my memory - when have you ever been able to buy a "pro pack" of Tri-X in 35mm?"
Well, my memory isn't what it used to be - maybe it never was what it used to be - but I seem to remember buying bricks of 20 rolls of 35mm Tri-X back in the mid to late 70's, and in to the 80's as well,
I wouldn't disagree if Kodak and others would only sell films by large bricks of 20 each or more, in the view of better controlling the production flow and garantee the delivery is up with the demand.
For god's sake I would even prefer the end of car fuel to the end of film 😱
mine too. hell, if selling only in bundle packages means they can remain viable, then I'm all for it. Don't most of us usually buy in brick/bulk quantities, anyway? I know that's how I've been doing it for a while, typically either from B&H or freestyle.....ok, my read is that we will not be able to purchase ONE (SINGLE, INDIVIDUAL) roll of film on it's own. Nothing says Tri X is eol'ed. It means propacks or what not but Tri X will still be made. At least that's my interpretation.
I bought a freezer just for film:

Only powdered chemistry in the freezer. There's a fridge devoted to liquid chemicals.😱

End of times?
When is the last time anyone bought *one* roll of 120?
