Thank you. "Clean and clear" is an excellent way to describe the output from Elite Chrome. It is a great film.

I have 20 rolls in my fridge I got for dirt cheap I've been meaning to shoot. That's good to hear.Thank you. "Clean and clear" is an excellent way to describe the output from Elite Chrome. It is a great film.

Inspired by the thread I just ordered 20 assorted rolls of Kodak Ektachrome. I'm not much of a slide shooter but in the past, when I have shot slide it's usually been Provia. With films and processes disappearing, I feel it's incumbent on me as a film shooter to shoot as much of as many different films as I can!

OK, Vicky, et. al. You've got me convinced it's time for me to try something besides Velvia and Provia again. I've shot Ektachrome in the past, but it's been a long time. And, of course, there was a time when I shot Kodachrome. I especially liked Kodachrome-X (ASA 64). Oops, showing my age there! I especially like Vicky's McDonald's shot, with the clear blue sky. So late next month when the weather is more favorable for film shipping, I'll include some of this Ektachrome in my B&H order, in time to shoot the clear blue skies and clear light we get here in the midwest in the fall.
Thanks for the inspiration!

I hope you enjoy it
I have never shot E100G and the word on the street is that Elite Chrome 100 is a smidge warmer; but I have nothing to verify that, all I know is that I prefer Elite Chrome to the Fuji offerings.
