Large Format Photographs

"Hey, how can we make Tom's LF GAS any worse?" "I know, let's have a thread showing some really awesome LF photographs!" "Ok!"

Seriously chaps, there's some lovely work here. I my be able to add to this soon, depending on whether the scanners at college scan 4x5...

4x5! ha! You all work with such small formats. Try some 5x7 on for size ;-)

5x7 ??? Oh, that's nothing. I shoot 24"x36"s on a camera custom built from a steel refinery bellows and a light house lens. I'm currently designing a "reducer" in order to make 5 inch x 7 inch prints from my 2 foot by 3 foot negatives.

At last!

At last!

So I got back my colour negs today! Have just scanned them in, they need tweaking, but here's the raw scan.
These were Fuji Pro 160s rated at 100, shot on either a Cambo or a Toyo monorail (I used one for colour, one for black and white, can't remember which was which).

One of my first shots, overexposed because I didn't realize that the shutter on my Crown Graphics is about 1/2 what the indicator says...

Analogue EXIF: Crown Graphic with Kodak Ektar 127mm/f4.7 @ f8 on what supposedly 1/200th of a second. Arista.edu 200ASA film.

Oh well... I like it anyways.

When RFF went down for the upgrade a couple weeks back, I went and bought a Busch Pressman Model D with a Graphex Optar 135mm f/5.6. Who do I send the receipt to for reimbursement?

My first shot taken with the camera
