Leica M39 screw mount bodies/lenses
This late in black, no never...from memory the 'newest' one I have is 220313 (1936) which is black and chrome.

The little beauty illustrated here is I reckon from somewhere between 1940 and 1942.

The latest one in black I have seen is a 1938 one, but it seems that they were made up until at least 1939.
 
330043, 1939 black III conversion on Ebay UK...have a look, I've put the link in the conversions thread.
Forget the baseplate and it is an interesting camera.
