Well it finally hit me, it sure does creep up on you, i really really want a black user m6. With that in mind, i would have to sell my fuji which im unsure about, its just so big and slow, but on the other hand the negs are awesome. But i dont think i would miss the big negs that much because i do have a 4x5, currently the fuji is my street shooter, which isnt working working out that great because of its size and the shutter is kinda loud. so i guess in everyones opinion is it wise to make the switch? Are leicas really that awesome? I think my main lenses would be a 28 and 50, would it be better to get .58 or .72 magnification? And is TTL worth the extra cost?

Thanks in advance, and if anyone wants to trade an m6 for the fujigsw690II let me know

Leicas are awesome, but a lot of that awe can get swallowed up in the massive awe of a 6x9cm neg! Only if the smaller camera would mean you get the pics you'd otherwise lose, would it make sense I think.

Then for 28mm, definitely I'd go with the .58x finder, no question. But if you have a chance to see for yourself, that would be a good idea. My CLE has a .6x finder magnification, and the 28mm frame is not only easy to see and use, but it allows a bit of scenery outside that frame, important to me. On my .72x Leica M2 (without glasses, now) I find the 50mm frame a lot easier to use than the 35.

If you can wait & save a bit longer and the manage the M6 while keeping the Fuji, consider it. I have not sold many cameras, and regretted selling even those! You may well have future use for a fine medium format rangefinder...
