Leica M-macro 90

I need a portrait lens so Im planing to buy the 90 macro for my m4-p so I can use it the macro as well. Any advice? is it a good lens for portraits? any expirience using it as a macro?

For portraits, I'd rather have a 75/2 or 90/2 or Thambar.

Very good for close-ups, though I've used it less than I expected for that (I have the macro attachment).

The more i read about this lens the more I got confused. How is this lens supose to work as a macro whit a rangefinder camera. guesing focusing?

Accessory 'spectacles' adapter down tp 1/3 life size -- fully rangefinder coupled & with VF adapter.
