Also Red Dot Camera, in London, doesn't sell external lightmeter for the same reason, they don't seem accurate.
With the MC on the M3 I always shoot at least two stops closer (f5.6 if I read f2.8 for instance) and so far my educated guesses were good...I still have to understand how to properly use this MR because most of the readings for me are completely wrong, the two scales intersect in the wrong place...for instance at this moment it states that in my room with some feeble lamp light I should shoot at f2.8 (red scale) with a shutter speed of 1/250 with a ISO400 film...my educated experience and the sunny 16 rule tells me that in indoor situation with a room enlightned by a 100 Watts bulb I should shoot at f2 (at least) and a 1/60 max with ISO400, or at least I wouldn't dare shooting.
