I own a Leica M4, and I need to know wich adapter I need to use it with a 12 mm or a 15 mm Voigtlander Heliar, I notice that all the M to screw mounts are listed like 35- 135 , or 28-90, it makes any differnce ?. And also I would like to know if you have any feedbacks on this 2 lenses and how they compare to each other. Thanks I know is a long question, but I'm a bit green with Voigtlander, thanks again

The only difference in the adapters is in which frames lines they bring up. They will all work with all lenses so it matters not which you use for anything wider than 35 on the M4. Think of which set of lines gives you the least cluttered finder and go for that. Alternatively, if you are thinking of any other LTM lenses in the 28-135 range, go for that.

I went for the 12, because it is -so- much more extreme than the 15. Once I had it, my interest in the getting the 15 went close to zero. It's an amazing lens, sharp, no corner vignetting in -my- pictures.

Personally I'd say go for the 12. And the adapter that gives you the least cluttered view with the M4. Preview it with the lever, then go find the right one for you.
