@Shac: Did you take the 2 pictures in one session? If possible, could you post a photo taken by V4 which has the similar POV with the V1 one?
From 2 photos shown, I found the V1 has significant better quality than the V4. What is your opinion?

Unfortunately no - they were two different sessions separated by about 3 or 4 years.
There are a number of reasons for the difference - I'll pm you

Hi Helen, this was my second last roll of Neopan 1600. The very last one is still waiting in my fridge for a special occasion. The ASPH is my favourite because that one is mine :) I borrowed the other two from Benny to play with for a bit ;)
 
Here's a recent shot from me. Taken with my 35mm Summicron ASPH. I LOVE this lens!


Beers on the train - These guys even had snacks and their own can coolers! They were well prepared.
