Couple of really nice shots, Dan! The sailboat one has lovely colors, especially in the water which has a sort of glassy look.

The second is a view I've not seen before, and I don't recognize the foreground buildings. Must be somewhere among the hospitals on First Hill? Nice morning light... ah I see a plane on approach to the airport... bonus. 🙂
