Lens focus check and repair

I have been using a 75 Lux and have been having focus issues. So I then checked it with other lenses and found it didn't focus like them. For example, I focused at 4ft and 6 ft. I can repeat the accuracy with multiple bodies with the known good lenses on all the bodies. I focus on an object at 4ft and bingo the lens indicates 4ft; on the marker. But the 75 never gave the same reading like the others; though it was consistent wit itself. At 4ft it read 3.5ft. I think it was cleaned before and was put back together on the wrong helical coil.

Can anyone with lens experience like this recommend a repair place to check the focus accuracy of the lens? I know the usual suspects when sending M bodies but never had a lens cleaned or checked before. Oh, and I don't want to be without my lens for long... 😉
