Let's do it!

STOP

7.30pm Sunday night ... PayPal balance: $1,302.59 AUD

I'm still reeling a little from all this and when I was trying to explain it to Carol last night her reaction was ... "Who's paying for this new Fuji camera that you told me you didn't need any more last week? Why are they doing this?" :D

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

hmm because almost (almost ok) the same reason she is with you! ;-)
That's why Good people exist!
Get the full package, case, hood and extra batt.

it's done? hurrah for keith! hope you enjoy it. (i remember a picture of a goat, slightly quizzical, that was worse 1300 dollars all by itself.)

Another good story. Nice to have been able to see it and be part of it.

This morning Keith and I corresponded and he asked that I remove his Paypal address from the thread. He did so with the utmost gratitude and genuine respect for all of you.

So, I have deleted the posts which included Keith's address. It has been a good weekend.

Good to see it done. 24 hours is all it took...

RFF is the forum that marks the difference... Best of them all!

So, until the next time and the next member...

Now we'll see: crowds of other forums' members coming to RFF...:D

Cheers,

Juan

very cool indeed, congrats k-man!!

of course, we expect a full user review, eh?

Thanks Joe. :)

User review? Good idea, because there's probably not going to be too many of those once the camera gets into eager hands I guess! :D

But I guess we will need to know how the hybrid finder handles the upside down semi zero gravity of Oz.

And other important things like 'can it survive having beer spilt on it?' LOL

This has been like an egalatarian version of flash mobbing and I can't remember waking up on a Monday morning with such a feeling of 'joie de vivre' for quite a while now.

Juan ... I don't know what to say to you mate. You're an amazing person to instigate such an incredibly spontaneous event and like you I hope in the future that this type of thing can be directed someone else's way, so they can feel as humbled by the generosity of this place as I feel right now.

:)

I like the idea Frank but I think it work better mith an M9 ... preferably the titanium version!

I think some people would pay good money to see one of those sorted out with a baseball bat! :D

Okay, so, who's willing to pay $10 to see Keith smash the X-100?

Let's do it!

;) joke

Bugger! I've just read this thread having ignored it assuming it was yet another 'Why I like/hate/sold my X100' sort of thing.

How do I chip in? You've got the camera, I'll buy you a coffee.

I owe you one!

Keith,

As with your posting, you've made all of us happier people when we think of you shooting that X100. Thank you in the name of RFF.

Cheers,

Juan

Hey, this thread's dangerous! I'm starting to believe the world's not basically just crap! :D

Cheers,

Juan

Yeah, same goes for me as I've not logged in for over a week. Saw the thread was started by Juan so thought must be interesting in the X100 forum as it's normally chock full of inane "What shoes should I wear when using the soon to be launched Fuji x100?" type threads. :D. Ah well.

Enjoy the camera Keith and I really hope your work situation comes good ASAP. :)
