Both with a 28mm on an Evil SLR (shooting for the paper that day sooo)
Posted that last one in the "Eye Contact" thread to but figured I would toss it into the wide mix. Also a 28mm, this time a Ricoh GRD (ie poor man's digital RF).
Some really great shots here, I've only got a 50mm for my M4 and this thread really makes me want to add some wider glass to the Leica bag.
My entire life is wide! Monkette, my favorite toy monkey, and myself are always wandering about town with a 15mm Heliar on our Bessa L, photographing everything from city advisory board meetings to the people we meet and the places we go. It's fun! My primary care doc WANTS me to bring Monkette with me. The mayor credits the 15mm photos that included Monkette for helping him get re-elected, and she had a place of honor at the victory party. For a couple of months the blog was written as if the toy monkey was writing it and Monkette was claiming that she was the campaign manager and chief strategist...LOL At the time, if you Googled "North Miami Mayoral campaign" or somesuch it was rated higher than the Miami Herald's on-line readership. None of this would have been possible without that 15mm Heliar! Here is about a month's worth of photos with the 15mm. http://thepriceofsilver.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
The photos were all taken with the Bessa L and the 15mm Heliar, held and operated one handed. I've become pretty adept at winding and firing with either hand. Even Monkette is flabbergasted by my ability to judge the framing so well. The accessory finder is only used to hook a finger around to stabilize the camera when winding the film, and we never actually look through it.
