lost another plug at some point. Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep these things from falling out?!

The best way to keep them falling out is to remove them :D

Haha, thanks. Still in the early honeymoon stage, everything seems wide all of a sudden. I'll post some over at the monochrom thread. :D

Haha, ok, here goes again (didn't see your post on the 28mm beauty ;) ):

Congrats on the Summicron Dave and Dave, congrats on that UC-Hex, you shot from the classifieds - what a nice match to the BP MP!

All that nice gear on here makes me dizzy …

LOL, you were referring to the other Dave. Sorry. Haha. Cheers!

My silver M6 with current Zeiss Biogon 35/2.8, modified Olympus lens hood and Artisan&Artist leather case. Since I lost my silver Artisan&Artist Silk Strap (I know, don't ask how) and I can't afford a new one, I made a strap myself in the same style, which only came up to 5€. The VC 35/1.2 arrived today in the mail and I will test it intensely and might sell one of the lenses. If I like both too much my black Fuji X100 has to go since I'm not happy with the autofocus and want concentrate on film photography more

I'm afraid you'll end up selling your X100 ...

Nice - which leatherette did you use on the MP?
Was it a pain to get off the sandpaper?

Dirk, I used Aki Asahi 4008 :) It was cake actually; if you've seen how Leica applies the standard 'leatherette' it's hilarious how easily it comes off. I made a short Instagram video which I then put on my Tumblr; 13 seconds reskin.

Thanks for sharing the short vid!
I have some Aki Asahi covers waiting for application … a sandpaper MP is one victim ;-)

Absolutely stunning! I agree with the sentiment. I got to try out a friends Noctilux 1.2 a while back.... very awkward handling, not why I got into the Leica game.

Agreed.

Agreed.

Although not as quite compact, I have been very happy with my 50/2 & 90/2.8. I agree that Leica is all about a more compact size and comfortable ergonomics, but I wouldn't refuse a 75/1.4 if someone gave it to me! ;)

Beautiful set up there. I'm sure you get some nice sharp images from those lenses! How does the 90/4 work in regular use versus macro?
