Dirk, I used Aki Asahi 4008 🙂 It was cake actually; if you've seen how Leica applies the standard 'leatherette' it's hilarious how easily it comes off. I made a short Instagram video which I then put on my Tumblr; 13 seconds reskin.

Absolutely stunning! I agree with the sentiment. I got to try out a friends Noctilux 1.2 a while back.... very awkward handling, not why I got into the Leica game.

Although not as quite compact, I have been very happy with my 50/2 & 90/2.8. I agree that Leica is all about a more compact size and comfortable ergonomics, but I wouldn't refuse a 75/1.4 if someone gave it to me! 😉

Beautiful set up there. I'm sure you get some nice sharp images from those lenses! How does the 90/4 work in regular use versus macro?
