I didn't mean to sound like a party pooper. I realized it could of sounded like that but don'tchu worry bout me. :)
Oh no not at all I thought your post was funny. :) If you saw the back of the body you'd understand why I made the comment, it is very badly scratched and so the body is worthless to a collector, which is where I think most of them went. So I'm using it, and really enjoying it. ;)

Here is my recovered M6ttll LHSA with matching black paint Leicavit and 50mm Summilux pre-asph. It's red ringmark lizard from cameraleather by the way. I just realized I bought all of this from Photovillage in NYC, great place to find new and used Leica stuff.

Here is my frankenleica. An M3 body with M4-2 internals so it can take a winder. It has a lovely 35mm f3.5 summaron with original finder on it.

My M6 and 50mm Summicron

My M6 and 50mm Summicron

Dear All;

I joined the M club a while back, I got an M6 off the classifieds,
and then a 50mm collapsible summicron off the big auction site. I
also picked up a 40mm 1.4 and a 25mm F4 in voigtlander. Gives
me a nice set of lenses to work with. I have had it out a few
times, and photos will be coming.

Dave
